Tired of Winning?
Our Convict in Chief has some of the worst polling numbers ever. Maybe it's time he listened to the American people.

According to this Pew Research poll our current president’s poll numbers are nearly as low as they were after January 6, 2020. I think I know why.
Last Friday our Fearless Leader met with a war criminal in Alaska and came away with…bupkis.
The look on his face after the meeting says it all:
It was a hyoooge diplomatic win for Putin. The next day Russia’s RT propaganda site posted this video:
This is what the Russian government wants the world to see.
I’m afraid that if Trump serves out this term this may be the world we’re living in, the US and Russia as close allies against the rest of the world.
I often wonder what Putin has on Trump. I heard someone suggest that when they sat down Putin just put a video tape on the table without comment.
Is there really a pee tape? Or some other kompromat being held over Trump’s head by this tin-pot dictator?
Or does Trump owe so much money to Putin’s tame oligarchs he’ll do basically anything to avoid polonium-flavored Diet Coke?
Or “accidentally” falling out of an observation deck window at the top of the Washington Monument?
I suppose it’s possible that Trump only plays a moron on TV, much as Boris Johnson reportedly did in the UK so his rivals would underestimate him.
But to me it seems more and more likely that our current president is actually the thin-skinned, spiteful, ignorant, authoritarian moron he appears to be.
Putin and other world leaders have figured out how to manipulate him with insincere flattery and not-so-subtle bribery.
In my humble opinion he and most of his cabinet are profoundly mentally ill and should seek treatment.
They certainly shouldn’t be in charge of the richest and most powerful country in the world, at least for now.
On Monday Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy showed up at the White House, but this time he brought along a bunch of friends from the EU, probably to avoid the type of abuse he endured the last time he visited 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
As I’ve said, leaders of our allies have apparently figured out how to manipulate our Convict-in-Chief.
While lavishing him with insincere praise, which he gobbled up, they suggested a sane way forward.
Trump is so much in Putin’s thrall that he paused the meeting to go talk to his boss in Moscow.
It’s impossible to know what our Fearless Leader will do regarding Ukraine.
He tends to have the opinion of whoever he last talked to.
This is why his staff desperately tries to keep Peter Navarro out of the Oval Office.
This was also true during the Trump’s first term.
Don’t get me started on Peter Navarro. The only reason he’s in the White House is that Trump’s idiot son-in-law was asked to find a China expert and Kushner found Navarro on Amazon. True story!
But I digress.
My point is that we need to impeach, convict, remove, prosecute and jail our President.

Trump lie of the week:
Lies our President has told recently. Not necessarily this week. I’m only posting statements rated “Pants On Fire!” by Politifact. I’m too lazy to keep track of these so I may repeat some of my favorites on occasion.
Musical Coda:
Seems appropriate since Putin’s trying to re-assemble the Russian Empire.
